Blueberry season is here again and we've been pickin'! I went out to Frosty Blue Farms (just 5 minutes from our house!) twice this past week to collect as many blueberries as I could. My freezer and fridge are FULL so I guess I'm done... but I'm not sure there's such as thing as too many blueberries! I might go back next week. Here's just half of what I have so far:
I plan on trying to make some blueberry jam this year since Chase loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches so much! I'll also use the blueberries all year round for smoothies, blueberry pancakes, muffins, and my all time favorite dessert: blueberry buckle!! If you have any good blueberry recipes, send them my way!
