Siena has been nothing but smiles lately! And a little bit of laughter too!
She is in L-O-V-E with the piano in her crib. We didn't have this with Chase and I wish we had... it's on loan from a friend. Sometimes in the middle of the night I can get away with just turning the piano on for her and she'll go back to sleep without any further assitance! Here are some pics from a few days ago when I put her in the crib to play for a few minutes while I put away laundry:
She's definitely starting to master the "turn and scoot" maneuver! If I had taken a "before" shot of the picture below, you would have seen her laying on her back in the middle of the mat. She loves to roll on her belly and then scoot forward using her legs... no arms yet though, so she doesn't get too far! She's also really good at scooting backwards on her back using just her legs.
