Chase's "Rainbow"

Chase's new favorite book (which may have actually been a gift for Siena!) is "Planting a Rainbow" by Lois Ehlert. We definitely read it at least once a day and he has the whole thing memorized. He kept asking me "mommy and Chase plant a rainbow too?" constantly, so last weekend when we were at Lowe's, I let him pick out some seed packets and some flowers. We had a great time planting them in pots and he's so proud of them!

On another note, we FINALLY finished adding outdoor furniture to our lanai, so we've been spending lots of time out there... especially since the temperature has dropped just a tad (highs in the 80's instead of 90's!) and it's a little more bearable. That's where we eat our snacks and most meals, play, and sit with the laptop, like I'm doing right now!
