Chase has been doing just way too much cute stuff lately! Seems like I'm constantly calling Eric at work to tell him something new that Chase said or did. His vocabulary has been exploding the last few weeks, with a few new words every day. The words he says the most are still "mommy" and "daddy"... I wish I could count how many times a day he says them! He likes to point to objects and identify them as mommy's or daddy's... like socks, towels, pillows, even the coffee filters that Eric uses every morning! He's obsessed with everything "daddy" does, especially the whole coffee-making procedure. His other favorite words of the moment are: blue, puppy, back (referring to the backyard or the back of the car, where he is proud to say that he sits!), juice, moo (milk, because his milk carton has a cow on it), shoe, and help. And I love it when he calls bananas "nonnys"... so cute! We are so thrilled that he's finally communicating with us in ways other than signs!
Here are some of my favorite pictures of him that I haven't previously posted...
We told him that his feet were stinky, so he decided to check it out!

He pushed his rocking horse all the way from his playroom (at the front of the house) to his bathroom (at the back of the house)!

Chase is a huge fan of PB&J sandwiches... but lately he's been taking them apart and just eating the jelly side!! I was so shocked when he first did this, but he was quite pleased with himself! He's got it all figured out.

We went to cheer daddy on in a golf tournament... and Chase so wanted to play too!

He has this little backpack filled with blocks and he's always so excited to wear it. He was totally showing off in these pictures:

Like I said... obsessed with all things "daddy!" He put on Eric's shirt and was going for the shoes too. I'm always having to put Eric's clothes back in his drawers because Chase is always taking them out and wearing them!

I've trained him so well... he brings in the trash can every Monday and Thursday!

You have the CUTEST kid in the world! Seriously. Although, I don't know how you chase him around all day - I'm exhausted just looking at all the stuff he gets into!
