Last weekend we went to one of our favorite holiday events: Bedtime Stories with Santa in our neighborhood!
I was a little nervous going in because Chase was actually a little nervous about the whole thing! He had burst out in tears a few days before when we talked about going to visit Santa. He claimed that he was scared of Santa and would never sit on his lap! Well we didn't push him but somehow he got up the courage to get close to the big guy anyway! I was so proud of him!
Poor Santa... Lyla pulled on his beard so hard the whole time!!
After we visited with Santa, we went to make a fun craft and eat cookies and milk (Chase and Siena later told me that the cookies were their favorite part of the night... of course!)
Zoey and Lyla flirted with their favorite boy (Nico, who is Mia's little brother):
Next we went to listen to a bedtime story or two read by Mrs. Claus:
And of course, we saw lots of friends and the kids had fun running around in their pajamas!!
