Chase says to me all day long, "Mommy I show you something!" or "Look at THIS!" and then strikes a pose:
And you know those Activia commercials? (sing the little jingle in your head!) He'll get on a kick where he'll go around for an hour singing "ACT-TIV-IA!" over and over and over again! Eric and I were cracking up and could not stop laughing at him... it was so cute! I don't think he's actually seen the commercial, but we gave him some of the yogurt one time and Eric taught him the song.
And you know those green vegetables that are long and skinny? You thought they were called "green beans," right? No, Chase will inform you that they're actually called "bean beans!" As in, "Mommy, you eat ALL your bean beans, OK?"
Whenever he does something wrong, he says, "I sorry Mommy, I try again tomorrow!" and it just melts my heart!
When I informed him that his friends were coming over to play and that he should show them his new Christmas toys, he thought for a minute and then said, "Mommy, I have idea! I take my toys to my room, I close the door and I lock it!"
And we are definitely in the "WHY?" stage, as in:
"Mommy, why your left foot not on the other side?"
"Why a triangle has 3 sides?"
"Why we need food?"
"Why it cold in winter?"
"Why Siena not growing bigger yet?"
"Why the potty water goes down the circle hole and then come back out?"

Heh. Cute! Kids at that age are hilarious -- it makes you wonder where on earth they come up with some of that stuff!
