On this day one year ago, I went to work like usual... attended a few meetings, made phone calls, visited my project sites... it was just a normal day. Later that night, my world changed forever! Little Chase was born at 11:47pm! The 365 days in between now and then have been challenging, exciting, exhausting, happy, and in one word: wonderful! Every day that I wake up and realize that I'll get to spend the day with Chase, I know I'm blessed. I love watching him learn and grow, and seeing his personality develop. It's tough knowing he's not a baby anymore, he's a toddler now! But I love every minute of being his "mama" and wouldn't trade my time with him for anything.
Happy 1st Birthday, Chase Max!!! Daddy and I love you more than words can say! You're a slam dunk!
